A: Yes — rural utility equipment is a standing part of our Caledon service. Tanks should be drained and disconnected from the water system beforehand (your well or plumbing contractor typically handles that during replacement), and then we haul the old units away with everything else.
A: We remove them once a licensed technician has disconnected and capped the line — that part is a safety and code requirement, not ours to improvise. Mention propane when you book and we’ll sequence the pickup after your technician’s visit.
